    We have immediate openings for LPC, LMFT or LCSW therapists:
    • Guaranteed pay for the initial 4 weeks as you ramp your caseload
    • Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, couples, play, etc.)

    Who we are looking for: The perfect candidate!

Both in person and telehealth services. 
     
    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes according to company policy
    • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week with monthly bonuses for meeting the minimum expectations
    • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
    • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
    • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
    • All the other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
    Required Qualifications and Skills
    • Candidates are required to have at least a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
    • Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
    • Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
    • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
    • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
    • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
    • Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
    • If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a home office that is professional, private, and HIPAA-compliant
    Preferred Qualifications and Skills
    • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
    • Preferred experience with couples and families
    • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing
