Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What Youll Do
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services
Document treatment activities accurately in health records
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize inmate care
Participate in ongoing clinical evaluation and modifications of treatment approaches
What You Need
Required:
Active LCSW or LPC license
US Citizenship (for ICE clearance)
1+ year experience in mental health assessment and counseling
Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and confidentiality protocols
Preferred:
Experience working in correctional or forensic settings
Ability to handle crisis situations effectively
