Mental Health Therapist – Lumpkin, GA | Temporary Assignment

Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services
  • Document treatment activities accurately in health records
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize inmate care
  • Participate in ongoing clinical evaluation and modifications of treatment approaches
What You Need
Required:
  • Active LCSW or LPC license
  • US Citizenship (for ICE clearance)
  • 1+ year experience in mental health assessment and counseling
  • Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and confidentiality protocols

Preferred:
  • Experience working in correctional or forensic settings
  • Ability to handle crisis situations effectively
