Responsibilities:Adhere to CCHO's statement of faith and code of conduct. TEAM first. Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan. Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client. Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily, or within 24 hours for billing purposes. Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.
