We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Psychotherapist based in Connecticut to join our outpatient behavioral health practice. In this role, you will provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to a diverse patient population presenting with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, intake assessments, and diagnostic formulations.
Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in accordance with state guidelines and practice standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure holistic care coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active, unencumbered Connecticut clinical license required (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting preferred.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Strong diagnostic, clinical writing, and interpersonal skills.
