The client is hiring a mental health therapist to provide high-quality mental health care in a flexible, fully remote setting.

Qualifications
- Active WA license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist)
- 2+ years of experience as a mental health therapist
- 6+ months of teletherapy in a mental health setting
- EHR & assessment experience (e.g., PHQ-9)
- Available 8–24 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote care as a mental health therapist to adult clients (18+)
- Provide evidence-based mental health therapy sessions
- Maintain 7-20 weekly sessions
- Monitor mental health progress and adjust treatment
- Collaborate with providers and complete documentation
