Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Worker / Marriage and Family Therapist or APCC to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• Minimum caseload of 28 Weekly Sessions
• Capped at 32 Weekly Sessions
• Rates: $36-$45 (Depending on BBS Hours/Experience with Trauma and medical)
  • Less than 2000 hours pay range: $36-$39
  • More than 2000 hours $40-$45
  • Licensed Clinician payrate $55-65
  • Rates depends on any certifications
  • Saturday Preferred 6Hr shift 

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
