Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy in a supportive environment. Responsibilities
Perform intake and annual assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted license
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
