What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates
• Document treatment and evaluations clearly in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Utilize psychological counseling theories and techniques for diverse caseloads
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health counseling tailored to inmate needs
• Support the team in maintaining clinical standards and documentation

What You Need:

• Valid LCSW or LPCC license
• Experience with mental health assessments and counseling
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• US citizenship for ICE clearance (full clearance may take 60+ days, expedited process available upon submission of documents)

This position is within a collaborative environment focused on delivering non-medical mental health services to inmates in a secure facility.
