Hourly Pay Rate: $60.00/hour

What Youll Do:
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments of inmates based on records and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functioning levels
Document all treatment and evaluation activities thoroughly in health care records
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques to assist individuals on your caseload
Provide mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling to address inmate needs
What You Need:
Active CA license (LCSW or LPCC) required
Prior experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention preferred
Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and confidentiality protocols
US Citizenship required for ICE clearance (expedited process currently in place)
Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
