Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $60.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments of inmates based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functioning levels
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities thoroughly in health care records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques to assist individuals on your caseload
• Provide mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling to address inmate needs

What You Need:

• Active CA license (LCSW or LPCC) – required
• Prior experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention – preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and confidentiality protocols
• US Citizenship required for ICE clearance (expedited process currently in place)
• Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
