Mental Health Therapist Supervisor
Location: Connecticut
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise developing counselors, therapists, and clinical professionals
- Provide guidance on casework, documentation, treatment planning, and ethics
- Help supervisees build confidence and clinical consistency
- Follow Connecticut supervision requirements
- Maintain organized supervision communication and records
Requirements
- Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must be qualified to provide supervision under Connecticut board requirements
- Clinical supervision experience preferred
