Mental Health Therapist Supervisor
Location: Michigan
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Michigan clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians build stronger clinical judgment and professional confidence. This role gives supervisors the opportunity to guide case discussions, documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and overall clinical growth.
Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can locate supervisors who fit their licensure path and areas of practice. Michigan supervisors who join the platform can make their services easier to find by clinicians looking for the right support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision for developing counselors and therapists
- Support ethics, documentation, treatment planning, and case consultation
- Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
- Follow Michigan licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain professional supervision records
Requirements
- Active Michigan clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical)
- Must meet Michigan requirements to provide supervision
- Prior supervision experience preferred
