Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!  Applicant must be willing to treat children and adolescents. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Must be license eligible
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
