Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our client in Concord, NH 03301. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Mental Health Worker
Location: Concord, NH 03301
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Work Schedule:
1 st shift MHW position, 6:45am to 3:15pm. (X1) – LOCAL NH CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
2 nd shift MHW position, 2:45pm to 11:15PM. (X1) - LOCAL NH CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
3rd shift MHW position, 10:45pm to 7:15am. (X2) – LOCAL NH CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.

Orientation: (MHW) is Monday-Friday 6:45 am – 3:15 pm or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm for 5 weeks, beginning on a Friday (the last week is spent on your unit on your shift of hire)..


Job Duties
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor patients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress.
Job Requirements [ Skills, Education, &/or Experience]
  • BLS, either for the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the client
  • Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting is preferred but not required
  • The ideal candidate is someone working towards a psych degree
