Position Details

The mental health worker (MHW) is a key member of Merakey's interdisciplinary, clinic‑based behavioral health team. In this role, the MHW/Therapist delivers high‑quality, person‑centered therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, while promoting strong client engagement and ongoing retention.

Core responsibilities include completing intake evaluations, conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and coordinating care in close collaboration with clinical leadership. The MHW/therapist ensures services align with best practices and organizational standards, supports overall client wellness, and meets established productivity expectations as an essential member of the outpatient treatment program.
