The Brockton Multi Service Center Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Group Living Environment Program operated by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic candidate who will serve as a Mental Health Worker I to provide rehabilitative services to persons with major mental illness and/or substance use in ACCS (residential). Will act as an advocate for assigned persons served and maintains a trauma informed, strength''s based & person-centered approach. Participates in the development and implementation of the Community Service Plan, as well as any other identified crisis or safety management plans. Complete appropriate documentation of interventions and communication of pertinent information. Complies with Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and maintains certification.
Please Note: This is a 40 hour full-time position. The selected candidate will work on the Evening Shift, 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. The days off are Tuesday and Wednesday.
Employees in this position will be required to perform mandatory overtime.

Employees are required to maintain MAP certification as long as you are working in said program.
