17.46 - 19.00 USD Per Hour
Working Location:
Merced, CA
Working Hours/Shift:
Tuesday-Saturday PM Shift 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

What you bring:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in a social science field preferred.
One (1) year of full-time direct care experience preferred OR one (1) year experience of non-professional consumer-directed internship in mental health field preferred.
Valid California Driver's License required and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria required
How you will make a difference
Promotes and assists clients with self-help skills in the areas of eating, hygiene and grooming and other activity or nursing activities.
Monitors client's attendance at assigned activities and maximizes client participation through appropriate motivational techniques.
Conducts and assists activity groups and community outings independently.
Encourages client's interaction and socialization with other peers, providing feedback to clients on appropriate behavior while acting as a role model.
Accurately documents in writing each client's attendance and response to activity and therapeutic groups or individual counseling in the individual medical record.
May be required to operate a company vehicle to transport clients .

24/7 inpatient voluntary program
16-bed facility for adults (ages 18-59)
Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services
Pre-vocational or vocational counseling
Medication evaluation and support services
