Position Overview
A multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm is seeking an MEP CAD / BIM Specialist ranging from entry-level to senior-level experience to support and enhance BIM processes, standards, and system modeling technologies within its Clarks Summit, PA office.
This role focuses on supporting project delivery from design concept through construction while improving BIM workflows, automation, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
Projects include healthcare, educational, commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities throughout PA, NY, and NJ.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM and modeling conflicts across multiple engineering disciplines
Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures
Support implementation of advanced BIM technologies and modeling processes
Assist with automation, scripting, and computational design initiatives to improve workflow efficiency
Ensure BIM models meet project standards, quality expectations, and client requirements
Serve as a technical resource for Revit and BIM-related tools
Provide guidance and training to internal staff on Revit and BIM best practices
Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and industry standards
Experience with BIM automation, scripting, or computational design tools
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary MEP models
Strong understanding of Revit standards and quality control processes
Prior experience in healthcare, commercial, educational, or industrial projects

Bachelor"s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
Experience with Revit and CAD software in an MEP or building systems environment

Strong communication, technical troubleshooting, and organizational skills
