We are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support facility-focused commissioning at a data center site, with a focus on MEP systems, especially HVAC.
Key responsibilities include assisting in managing construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, supporting renovations and new installations, and overseeing MEP trades.
Responsibilities involve reviewing drawings, tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, monitoring schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project documentation using Procore.
Additional duties include supporting safety, quality control, site logistics, participating in meetings, and tracking progress and costs.
Required skills include construction management background, hands-on MEP/HVAC experience, proficiency with Procore, and strong communication skills.
