CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an experienced MEP Coordination Program Manager to support new construction and special programs across North America. This remote role partners closely with Design & Construction, General Contractors, OEMs, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of the EBMS systems by Coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, IT and other BMS related systems. EBMS MEP Program Manager Coordinator shall coordinate on the Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for MEP (including commissioning), BMS & Fire with site specific construction teams including but not limited to: 1) Owner's Construction Quality Control Plan (CQCP) Team, 2) GC's MEP Coordinator, 3) Owner's Construction Manager, 4) OEM Factory Representatives, 5) MEP Subcontractors.
What You'll Do
Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for ~60-100 North America sites annually
Develop and maintain site-level tracking across portfolio of concurrent projects at various construction phases
Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment
Collaborate with D&C Pre‑Construction and Construction Managers
Track and report New Construction KPIs for EBMS.
Resolve MEP‑related delays, escalations, and RFIs
Ensure compliance with applicable DCIs and quality standards including Commissioning (requires experience managing and coordinating third party Cx Agents)
Oversee MEP components of new construction and/or retrofit programs
Verify ECM sequences are setup for new launches
Collaborate on sustainability (Microgrid, Solar, Heat Index, etc.) and Health & Safety initiatives.
Deliver MEP systems on time and within budget
Coordinate with subcontracts, GCs, CMs and other key stakeholders to ensure BMS Scope is aligned with design intent
Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders and vendors as it relates to EBMS integration
Create and update the EBMS POR
Coordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT, GC, LVCs and other Subcontractors ahead of system start up, and resolve or unblock IT related issues at start up
Identify and escalate site-level risks (schedule conflicts, infrastructure gaps, scope misalignment) before they impact launch dates
Document and standardize EBMS workflows to enable proactive and efficient outcomes that enables scalability
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent or Mechanical Engineering expert
Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, AirTable, Power BI, MS Project, etc.)
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26)
Preferred
7+ years MEP coordination experience
5+ years with BMS or PLC systems
PMP or Six Sigma certification
Experience managing projects across multiple time zones
Remote team coordination experience
Ability to travel up to 25% in the U.S. and Canada
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the MEP Coordinator Program Manager position is $105,000 annually or [ $50.48 per hour], and the maximum salary for the MEP Coordinator Program Manager position is $110,000 annually or [$52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
