They’re looking to bring on a MEP Design Principal to play a key role in both technical leadership and long-term business strategy. This is a high-impact position with visibility across projects, clients, and executive leadership; ideal for someone who wants to influence not just design, but the direction of a growing performance-driven practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape market strategy and expansion
  • Provide insight into client trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
  • Support long-term planning across key verticals (healthcare, education, federal preferred)
  • Help build and scale a high-performing design group focused on sustainability and building performance
  • Mentor rising leaders and strengthen internal technical depth
  • Influence team structure, capabilities, and overall direction

  • Support proposal strategy, interviews, and pipeline development

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in MEP engineering, with a mix of project delivery and business development
