MEP Engineer

They are currently seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Job Title: MEP Engineer

Location: Worcester / Central Massachusetts

Compensation:

Salary: $120K - $150K, based on experience
Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage MEP systems for construction projects, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any MEP-related issues.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and field teams.
Review and validate technical drawings and specifications for MEP systems.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into construction projects.
Previous experience as a Pipe Fitter or similar role is a plus.
Ability to travel to various job sites across Massachusetts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to both junior candidates with solid technical knowledge and seasoned professionals with extensive experience.
