MEP Engineering Manager (PE) - Industrial Facilities to provide technical leadership, team development, and quality oversight for multidisciplinary facility and building projects within manufacturing environments. This role combines
50% project execution and
50% team leadership, supporting both client delivery and long-term technical growth.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead facility systems, architecture, and MEP engineering teams on industrial and manufacturing projects.
- Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, workflows, and code compliance.
- Support complex project execution, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and quality management initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and technical professionals, develop career growth plans, and support recruiting efforts.
- Assist with resource planning, staffing alignment, and workforce development.
- Partner with Project Managers and Client Leaders to deliver innovative solutions and support business growth.
- Serve as a technical liaison for subcontractors, partners, and client pursuits.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital engineering adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing facility capital projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Solid background in engineering design, project delivery, and quality management.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Preferred Qualifications- EPC and/or Engineering-Led Design-Build experience.
- Business development and strategic planning experience.
- Experience implementing digital engineering tools and workflows.
