MEP ManagerAs the MEP Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale, high-impact construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:Provide leadership across multiple project teams for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing scopeOversee project strategy, execution, and financial performanceEnsure alignment between field operations, project management, and leadershipLead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementMonitor project progress, resolve escalated issues, and ensure client satisfactionSupport business development and client relationship growthMentor senior project managers and superintendents to build high-performing teamsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsRepresent the company in community and industry engagementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
