MEP Manager

MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on complex construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role ensures coordination, quality, and successful execution of all MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full MEP scope from design through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and vendors

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement

• Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs

• Ensure system installation, testing, and commissioning

• Resolve coordination and field issues

Qualifications

• 5+ years MEP project management experience

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems

• Experience with large commercial projects
