Your Impact

You’ll drive plumbing execution on multifamily and commercial projects across DFW—coordinating multiple trade groups, synchronizing materials and equipment, and steering the field to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes on schedule and on budget.

What You’ll Own

• Project leadership: act as the technical go‑to and uphold safety and quality standards.
• People development: manage, coach, and grow direct reports with timely feedback and structured performance conversations.
• Scheduling: set and adjust sequences based on labor, tools, and equipment capacity to meet milestones.
• Cost control: verify earned value and the accuracy of percent‑complete forecasts.
• Quality control: inspect in‑progress and completed work for compliance with plans/specs.
• Safety: conduct observations, remove hazards, and drive incident reduction.
• LEAN/Quality tools: apply pull planning, six‑week look‑aheads, value mapping, and constraint tracking.
• Estimating: forecast labor hours to schedule and budget; produce takeoffs, estimates, and change pricing.
• Problem solving: address productivity, interfaces, and manpower challenges; alert senior supervision/PMs to risks and interferences.
• Cross‑functional alignment: coordinate with Purchasing, QC, Engineering, and others to align materials, equipment, and inspections to the schedule.
• Planning: run pre‑job and planning meetings to clarify contracts, schedules, and unique requirements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Expert understanding of building products, construction details, codes/regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, coordination/BIM drawings, submittals, specifications, details, and job orders.
• Big‑picture planning skills across all phases of construction.
• Strong leadership, time management, and project management capabilities.
• Confidence in conflict resolution and crisis response.
• All job‑required licenses and certifications.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Science/Building Science/Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Construction Superintendent certification preferred.
• Multifamily background preferred.
