Project Engineer – Data Center Construction
Type: Contract + W2 benefits + per diem
Pay: $50 - $60/hr

Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, industrial, or data center construction and strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and technical document management.
 
Responsibilities
  • Support execution of Data Center, Mission Critical, and industrial construction projects
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, meeting minutes, and project documentation
  • Assist with construction planning, scheduling, field coordination, and project engineering activities
  • Review drawings and specifications to identify design conflicts and constructability issues
  • Track material procurement, project progress, and subcontractor activities
  • Maintain project records using Procore, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
  • Support QA/QC, safety compliance, commissioning, and project closeout activities
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in construction engineering or project engineering
  • Experience with Data Center, Mission Critical, or industrial construction projects
  • Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, project controls, procurement, and contract administration
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
