Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability. Develop and maintain project schedules related to MEP activities. Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management. Lead MEP coordination meetings with project stakeholders. Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical and installation challenges. Track procurement and delivery of major MEP equipment and materials. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, project requirements, and quality standards. Support commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful MEP Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes within commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Experience coordinating multiple trades on complex construction projects. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software. Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with healthcare, office, education, industrial, or other commercial projects is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $134,000 to $161,200.
