MEP Project Manager - Mission Critical

What We Are Looking For

• 5-10 years of construction project management experience with a focus on MEP systems
• Experience supporting complex commercial projects such as data centers, healthcare, or other technical environments
• 5 years of experience managing MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in fast paced environments
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing
• Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners

What You’ll Do

As an MEP Project Manager – Mission Critical with Findorff, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex MEP systems across high-performance projects, owning the process, the partnerships, and the results. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring system performance, schedule alignment, and successful project delivery in environments where precision and uptime matter.

• Apply MEP Expertise: Lead coordination and execution of MEP systems from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
• Lead Procurement & Buyout: Manage bid packages, subcontractor selection, and contract execution for MEP trades
• Drive Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed MEP schedules aligned with overall project milestones and commissioning
• Manage Financial Performance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost control for MEP scopes
• Lead Coordination & Communication: Facilitate MEP meetings and partner with field teams, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure alignment
