MEP Recruiter - Mechanical Electrical Plumbing

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking an MEP Recruiter (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter with proven high-volume agency experience and a strong background in recruiting for General Contractors (GCs) and mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical scopes, along with experience recruiting across industrial, commercial, and MEP trades. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a range of technical and field-based roles, from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation. This role requires someone who can build strong pipelines, develop trusted relationships with hiring managers, and move fast to fill urgent, high-impact roles in the data center construction industry.

Duties Include:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction, engineering, and project-based roles across the U.S.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche industry networks
• Qualify candidates through resume screening and interviews, assessing for technical fit and site-readiness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Drive recruitment campaigns for project-specific staffing efforts
• Own the offer and negotiation process in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in the ATS with attention to detail and compliance
