• • Lead andmanageallon-siteconstructionactivitiesforhealthcareandinfrastructureprojects
  • Develop,maintain,andexecuteprojectschedulesandrecoveryplans
  • Coordinateandsupervisesubcontractors,vendors,andfieldpersonnel
  • DrivesitesafetyinitiativesandensurecompliancewithOSHAandcompanystandards
  • OverseeinstallationandcommissioningofcomplexMEPsystems
  • Coordinateinspections,testing,turnover,andcloseoutprocesses
  • Partnercloselywithprojectmanagementteams,clients,consultants,andhealthcarestakeholders
  • Leadpull-planningandlook-aheadschedulingefforts

• 20+ yearsofconstructionsuperintendentexperiencewithaGeneralContractor
• ProvenexperienceservingasLeadorSeniorSuperintendentonhealthcareconstructionprojects
• StrongbackgroundmanagingMEP-intensiveprojects
• Experiencewith:
  • ChillerPlant/ Energy plant ConstructionandUpgrades
  • HospitalExpansionsandRenovations
  • Federal construction
• Strongknowledgeofscheduling,sitelogistics,andfieldoperations
• Abilitytoleadlargefieldteamsandmultiplesubcontractors
• Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills
• OSHA30certificationpreferred
