MEP Superintendent - 3 Building Data Center Campus

Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionLead coordination, planning, and field supervision of all MEP scopes of work. Ensure materials, equipment, inspections, and subcontractors align with the project schedule. Review and interpret construction and contract documents for constructability and completeness. Coordinate with design engineers and resolve discrepancies between plans and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, including three- and six-week look-ahead plans. Create and manage site logistics plans for efficient workflow. Background working with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor strongly preferred. Experience managing MEP scopes on complex commercial, industrial, or data centre projects. Ability to manage multiple scopes across large-scale, technically demanding jobs. Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, and field coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across all project stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
