Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and craft labor, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite construction activities for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Industrial projects
- Supervise craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal trades
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction operations
- Support equipment startup, commissioning, QA/QC, and project closeout activities.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, quality control, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve field issues
- Monitor productivity, project progress, and workforce performance
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Superintendent or construction supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects
- Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $50M+ preferred
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, commissioning, and field operations
- Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
- Valid US driver's license required
