MEP Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Pflugerville, TX

Job PostingWorking for a reputable general contractor based out of Austin, TX with a strong backlog of projects throughout Texas.Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage all MEP field operations and subcontractors on multifamily construction sites. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for MEP systems. Ensure work is installed per plans, specifications, applicable codes, and safety standards. Interface daily with the general superintendent, project manager, subcontractors, and inspectors. Schedule and oversee inspections with local jurisdictions and third-party consultants. Conduct quality control inspections of MEP installations and document any deficiencies. Track and manage MEP construction progress and provide input for project schedule updates. Collaborate in the planning and execution of MEP system commissioning. Identify and help resolve coordination conflicts in the field, including clashes between trades. Maintain daily reports, job site photos, and logs of MEP activities. Solid knowledge of MEP systems and best practices in residential mid- and high-rise construction. Proven ability to manage MEP subcontractors and coordinate field activities. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.).What's on OfferCompetitive base salary.
