Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects
- Develop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on track
- Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
- Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
- Manage and mentor junior MEP staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
