Responsibilities include developing project schedules, reviewing construction documents for completeness, resolving design discrepancies, managing materials and equipment, and collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications require 8+ years of construction experience (preferably with mechanical or electrical contractors), supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. A degree or trade experience in construction, civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering is preferred.
