    Build what matters!TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Superintendent in Atlanta, GA for a Georgia-based construction firm with more than 100 years of proven success. If youre a hands-on field leader who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and keeping complex work moving, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact on high-profile construction projects.

    As the MEP Superintendent, you will take ownership of on-site MEP coordination from planning through execution. You will keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedule, budget, design specifications, and company standardsserving as a key leader for subcontractors, vendors, project teams, and stakeholders.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Oversee and coordinate all on-site MEP construction activities

    • Lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners

    • Plan and manage scheduling, engineering coordination, and material control

    • Review and approve purchase requisitions, field design changes, and related documentation

    • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and established procedures

    • Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards, including leading safety meetings and ensuring subcontractor compliance

    • Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and craft labor as required

    • Provide technical guidance, including interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods

    • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders

    • Assist in developing and implementing project procedures and best practices

    • Maintain clear communication to proactively resolve issues and maintain strong relationships

    • Travel as required based on project needs

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

    • 45+ years of relevant MEP construction experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

    • Experience working on commercial construction projects (healthcare experience is a plus)

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
