MEP Superintendent

Project Focus
Lead and oversee MEP installation activities on a hyperscale data center project, ensuring mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards through to commissioning.

Key Skills & Experience Required

-Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on Data Center or Mission Critical construction projects.
-Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including coordination with other trades.
-Experience managing subcontractors, site activities, quality, and project schedules.
-Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and MEP installation plans.
-Familiarity with commissioning, QA/QC processes, and health & safety requirements on large-scale construction projects.
