Ready to trade a bay for a classroom without losing the thrill of diagnostics? As a Mercedes‑Benz instructor, you’ll coach technicians using state‑of‑the‑art AV and live workshop exercises—then elevate the craft by shaping curriculum alongside the OEM.

Your impact

  • Teach what matters: Facilitate engaging, inclusive sessions that spark curiosity and mastery of Mercedes‑Benz systems.
  • Run hands‑on labs: Model step‑by‑step diagnosis, maintenance, and repair; use multimedia to reinforce clear objectives and well‑paced lessons.
  • Build great content: Convert OEM product info and service manuals into classroom‑ready lesson plans, visuals, assessments, practicals, and demos.
  • Coach one‑to‑one: Mentor learners on projects; guide critical thinking and creative solutions.
  • Lead on safety: Set the tone for a safe, compliant learning environment that meets/exceeds OEM brand standards.
  • Partner with the OEM: Collaborate closely on curriculum updates and attend periodic Mercedes‑Benz Train‑the‑Trainer events.
  • Keep us moving: Follow the OEM Corporate Travel Policy; complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Education: High school diploma or GED (Required)

  • Compensation: $90K to $94K per year (based upon experience)
  • Schedule: Weekends OFF
  • Development: Paid Training
  • Education: Tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses
