Position Overview:

We are seeking a Shop Maintenance/Janitorial Professional to ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of our brand while providing a professional and spotless environment.

General Responsibilities:

General Cleaning:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors
• Dust furniture and surfaces
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins
• Clean windows, glass doors, and remove spills or debris

Exterior Maintenance:

• Sweep and clean service drive areas
• Remove litter and debris from parking lots and entrances
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks and dealership exterior

Operational Maintenance:

• Operate floor cleaning equipment effectively
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging drains
• Monitor building for cleanliness and ensure upkeep aligns with company standards

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Cleaning Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper techniques
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Reliability & Punctuality: Dependability to complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Basic Mechanical Skills: Capability to handle minor maintenance tasks
