Responsibilities:
- Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete work accurately, cleanly, honestly, and on time
- Communicate repair findings clearly and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong work habits and ethics
- Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
- Work as part of a team-focused service department
Qualifications:
- Automotive repair experience required
- Mercedes-Benz, European brand, or dealership experience preferred
- Experience with diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and repair work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow repair instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
