Salary Range: $40000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs.

Offer tailored insurance advice and present policy options clearly.

Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, helpful service.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant insurance products.

Process applications and manage policy renewals accurately.

Stay informed about industry changes and new insurance products.

Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

A genuine desire to help others find the right insurance solutions.

Comfort with technology for client management and communication.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
