About the Team
You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for creating elevated imagery to showcase our new
and signature products. As part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a leader in home lifestyle and retail, The
Sample Coordinator is part of a Photo Team that drives customer engagement and profitability through
compelling visual storytelling.
About the Role
In the Merchandise Coordinator role, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative
group of team members. The Sample Coordinator will provide support for the Photo Producers and
Photo Managers. The role will be a liaison between the merchants, warehouse, and photo teams in
studio, coordinating merchandise to be ready and available to shoot. You will also support the Photo
Managers in bigger picture planning and partner with the merchants to help streamline process. This
role is for someone that's detail oriented, organized, a great communicator, and quick. We strive for
operational excellence in support of our photo creative.
This role requires being onsite at our Richmond Studios - 5 days a week.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $29-$31/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
