Store associates are responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock efficiently, setting up displays, and ensuring promotional signage is accurate. They assist with opening and closing the store, manage store operations as acting Manager on Duty when needed, and oversee daily activities of team members to deliver excellent customer service. The role includes supporting associate training, driving sales, controlling expenses, and executing market plans and inventory processes. Qualifications include a high school diploma (college preferred), at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, creativity, and composure under pressure. Essential functions involve operating cash registers, lifting merchandise up to 25 lbs, ascending ladders, and working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
