We are seeking a Store Associate responsible for receiving and organizing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance.
They will handle opening and closing procedures, act as Manager on Duty when needed, oversee daily staff activities, and support training efforts.
The role involves driving sales, managing promotions, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (college preferred), at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure.
Essential functions include operating cash registers, lifting merchandise up to 25 lbs, climbing ladders, assisting customers, and working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and follow instructions accurately.
