We are seeking a proven leader with retail management experience to oversee daily store operations, ensure merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
In this role, you will monitor sales performance, guide merchandise flow, coordinate promotions, oversee displays, and act as the Manager on Duty. You will support staffing, training, and communicate with regional management to drive results.
Candidates should have 3+ years of retail management, experience in fashion merchandising, and flexibility to work varied hours. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and proficiency with scheduling/reporting software are required.
