Position Overview
The Merchandise Operations Administrator will provide on-site administrative and operational support for the project's evening merch store operations. This role is responsible for conducting inventory counts, restocking merchandise, maintaining accurate records, and managing the program's currency system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling inventory control and transactional processes in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Location
This position is based on-site in Abilene, Texas.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site administrative and operational support for the program merch store, ensuring smooth day-to-day store functions.
Conduct regular inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate timely restocking of merchandise.
Assist with designing marketing materials, selecting merchandise and promotional items, and maintaining store displays.
Manage and track the program's safety coin system, including inventory, issuing, reconciling, and documenting transactions.
Support on-site team members with store-related projects, initiatives, and operational needs.
Maintain organized records related to inventory usage, safety coins, purchasing, and store activity; prepare simple reports as needed.Handle basic purchasing tasks for store supplies and merchandise, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
Assist with written communication to on-site staff regarding store procedures, inventory updates, and program initiatives.Ensure the store remains organized, secure, and compliant with program guidelines.
