The Merchandise Operations Specialist serves as the Professional Women's Hockey League's on-site merchandise representative within their assigned market, acting as the primary liaison between the League Merchandise team and the local venue merchandise partner. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and consistent execution of league merchandising standards across venue, gameday, and community retail activations. The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour.
Key duties and responsibilities include serving as the primary merchandise liaison between the PWHL Merchandise team and the local venue retail partner; managing inventory accuracy and replenishment across venue, storage, and event locations; coordinating merchandise readiness and execution for every home game; partnering with the Team Director and Merchandise Event Lead to plan and execute community merchandise activations; and maintaining league visual merchandising and retail presentation standards.
This is an on-site, in-person role. Candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and gamedays, including local travel for off-site merchandise and community events.
