Merchandiser Job Details

Monday - Friday | 6am - 2:30 pm | $18/hr

• Occasional weekend availability required

Merchandiser Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to frequently stand, sit, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working with customers and the public
• Previous merchandising, retail, stocking, beverage, grocery, or customer service experience preferred

About the Merchandiser Role

As a Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising beverage products within new and existing customer accounts
• Stocking and rotating products on shelves to maintain freshness and proper product placement
• Building and maintaining attractive product displays according to merchandising standards
• Managing and placing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials throughout assigned accounts
• Completing store resets for remodels, grand openings, seasonal changes, and other merchandising initiatives
• Developing strong professional relationships with key customer accounts
• Gathering customer feedback regarding merchandising activities and communicating information to the appropriate Sales team members
• Developing knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirit brands and products
• Safely and responsibly handling beverage alcohol products
• Maintaining professional and responsible interactions with customers and the general public
• Traveling between assigned customer accounts using reliable transportation
• Performing additional merchandising and account support duties as assigned
