The Mission

Merchandiser Full Time - Chisago City/Isanti is your chance to be the force behind picture-perfect product presence across our retail partners. You'll keep Viking Coca-Cola products looking sharp, easy to shop, and ready to win the moment a customer walks the aisle.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with assigned products
• Maintain merchandising standards and strong visual presentation
• Rotate inventory to protect freshness and quality
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service in-store
• Follow safety policies and guidelines at all times

Required skills & qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service focus
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and carts
• Detail-oriented; able to lift/move cases up to 40+ lbs
• Self-motivated, independent, and schedule-flexible (weekends/holidays)
