Merchandiser

With deep expertise across design, sourcing, merchandising, and distribution, the company delivers high-quality products to major retail and eCommerce partners worldwide.

Overview:The Merchandiser will support the Merchandising team in planning, analyzing, and executing product assortments by account. This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer products environment.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday–Thursday: In office (Jersey City, NJ)

• Friday: Remote

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the Merchandising team with preparation for meetings and presentations

• Support development of key working tools including photoshoot decks, assortments, meeting agendas, and recaps

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure alignment and clear communication

• Assist with reporting projects and postmortem analyses; become proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Attend selected sales meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps

• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Support quarterly sample closet organization and maintenance

• Prepare, ship, and unpack samples for key meetings and photoshoots

• Support special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)

• Consistent in-office presence required Monday–Thursday

Salary Range:$100,000 – $150,000 per year
